Vintage Acres Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Vintage Acres! We hand-harvest and package all of our prickly pear cactus products right here on our ranch in West Texas. Please review our shipping policy below.

 

 

📍 Shipping Locations

 

 

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

 

 

🚚 Processing Time

 

 

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. During peak seasons (harvest or holiday), may take up to 5 business days. We are currently processing pre-orders for harvest season expected September 15th.

 

 

📦 Shipping Methods

 

 

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the order size and location. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

 

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping (optional): 2–3 business days (fees apply)

 

 

 

🌿 Perishable or Fresh Items

 

 

Fresh cactus pads or fruit are shipped early in the week to ensure delivery before the weekend. Please refrigerate upon arrival.

 

 

💸 Shipping Rates

 

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Orders over $75 may qualify for free standard shipping (excluding fresh produce).

 

 

📬 Lost or Damaged Packages

 

 

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us at vintageacrestx@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right.
